After years of wanting to have a baby, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams finally saw her dream come true with the birth of her first child Friday, March 22nd at 1:36pm. Weighing in at 6 lbs., 15 oz. and 20 inches long, the little baby girl she had with fiance Dennis McKinley is named Pilar Jhena McKinley. Glammed up in a pretty luxurious looking hospital suite, she was all smiles awaiting the baby’s birth on Instagram with her fiance by her side, the one who capitalized the beginning of the season with whether or not he was serious about being with her or not. Well in the end she got the last laugh with a ring, being serenaded by Lil Mo and now this addition to their family. A few episodes ago they discussed him getting rid of his bachelor pad and moving in her home. Now that’s going to be an interesting thing to watch, seeing Porsha getting back into cohabitating with a man now 6 years after divorcing her ex husband, former NFL player Kordell Stewart.

Now Porsha can be a tough girl to deal with. Just ask the rest of her Real Housewives cast members who all have watched her get in to fight after fight on the show from literally dragging Kenya Moore to drop kicking Cynthia Bailey. In 2014 she was arrested for speeding and was eerily grinning in her mugshot. Anyone who does that is not to be played with so Dennis might want to be careful. But that narrative seems to be changing according to her castmate Kandi Burruss. In an interview with HollywoodLife, she said “I feel like she’s definitely not as much in the midst of drama or doing anything super crazy,” Kandi admits. “She’s definitely been trying to make more friends than not have friends, if that makes sense. I think now, she’s definitely been showing love to everybody, and not trying to fall back into a bad place with people.”

Hearing that Porsha has become a more positive and thoughtful person now that her baby is here. We’re certainly proud of her.
