WATCH: DJ Envy Walks off Breakfast Club Set after Checking VICELAND TV Hosts Desus & Mero for Disrespecting His Wife

Uh oh, it was another exciting day at The Breakfast Club as host DJ Envy walked off the set live this morning. The trio had special guests Desus & Mero, when things took a quick turn after Envy confronted Desus about comments that he made on the pair’s show about his wife Gia Casey.

On their VICELAND show, the duo stated that Gia was still with Envy after his cheating with Erica Mena simply because of the money, but Envy WAS NOT having it:

You owe my wife an apology when you insinuated that she was there for the check. My wife’s been with me since 15, before I had a dollar. She was making more money than me so to insinuate that she was there for a check or she’s there for Envy’s check is a disrespect to me.

Mero tried to interject but Envy QUICKLY responded:

There is not “but” when it comes to wife and kids.

Though things died down a little, Envy was still upset and later walked off set:

Desus Nice and The Kid Mero built a loyal fanbase with their Bodega Boys podcast, which lead to them getting their own late-night talk show on Viceland where they share their thoughts about the day’s news, pop culture and day-to-day life.
