Right on the 2 year anniversary of Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery, she’s hit the security guard tasked with protecting her, Pascal Duvier, along with his employer PROTECTSECURITY for $6.1 million. That’s the amount her insurance company paid out for her jewelry stolen at gunpoint. You might remember the public attempted to humiliate her as though she made it up for publicity and we’re certain the security company might have taken the side of public opinion. If that’s the case, she certainly isn’t letting what happened to her go. After all, her husband Kanye fell into a depression and ended up gaining weight, getting lipo and hooked on opiods all because he felt helpless to allow that to happen to his wife.

As for what happened the day of her attack, Kim’ security guard left her in her room alone to go follow Kourtney and Kendall to a nearby club. That gave plenty of opportunity for Kim to be taken advantage of from the front gate to the courtyard with the missing lock, the door intercom that wasn’t working, all things that her security should have flagged. Beyond that, the lawsuit claims the security concierge didn’t have proper security training since they walked the gunman up to her room to unlock the door all under gunpoint. She left the concierge and hotel out of the suit, however. AIG paid Kim’s $6.1 million claim so she’s been compensated. She just wants to make sure the responsible parties are taken to task for their negligence. Good for Kim. In the words of Maxine Waters, “I do not yield not one second, not one second to you.” Kim, don’t yield one bit to that security company for letting that happen to you.
