Ariana Grande & John Legend To Remake Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson’s ‘Beauty & The Beast’

I have some very interesting news to share with all of you right now. Ariana Grande and John Legend will be remaking Beauty and the Beast, the titular song from the successful animated Disney film of the same name.

The song was written by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken and was sung by Angela Lansbury in her role as the voice of the character Mrs. Potts during the iconic ballroom scene of the film. It was then -re-recorded by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson for the film’s soundtrack, where it won an Academy Award, Golden Globe and Grammy.


The live-action Beauty and the Beast will be released in theaters on March 17 and stars Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Ewan McGregor, Ian McKellen, Stanley Tucci, Audra McDonald, Kevin Kline, Luke Evans, Josh Gad and Emma Thompson.
